Default Ward against Melee v. Ebon BS of Courage

What provides overall melee damage reduction, WoM or BS of Courage?

WoM at 10 Earth provides 50% block for 15 secs with 30 recharge and 15 nrgy

BS provides +24 armor (+24 v. Charr) against all damage for 10 nrgy for 20 secs at max Vanguard title and at 20 recharge = perma ward.

Depends, if there is going to be a lot of melee enemies (say raptors and assassins/ warriors) then I would say block is better. However if it's more ranged physicals or more charr then you'd be better going with the ebon ward.
